- What is your turn around time?
- Ready to ship items such as boutique clothing and accessories, unless otherwise noted, will ship in 1-3 business days.
- Tees/Sweatshirts/Screenprinted items have a turn around time of 7-14 business days.
- Bows, with the exception of name bows, have a turn around time of 5-7 business days. Custom name bows have a turn around of 7-10 business days.
- Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
- If your orders need to be shipped, you MUST choose shipping on all orders. If I’m able to combine them, I most certainly will. You’ll be issued store credit for the shipping overages to be used on your next purchase. Combined shipping is not a guarantee, but I always try my best to do so.
- Do you offer local pick up?
- Absolutely! I have two pick up locations. Pick up items are automatically taken to our Krāslavas iela 60 pick up location. You may also request to pick up at our store location in Krāslavas iela 60 during business hours. Please email [email protected] if you wish to pick up in Krāslavas iela 60.
